This website is operated under the trading name Selaire Luxe. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the merchant operating Selaire Luxe. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

By visiting our site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

Prices and currency applicable to your market are shown on the site and at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where they are collected by us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown when you submit the order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.

You may not use the site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit false information; or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will provide the options required by applicable law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version, but changes will not retroactively reduce rights already accrued.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. These disclaimers do not affect any warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services or your material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

14. Severability and waiver

If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant at the business address stated below, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or state of residence. UK consumers retain all mandatory rights available under UK consumer law and may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable law.
